US government targets Cop City protester over phone operating system https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/jul/23/cop-city-protester-phone Clearly retribution for protesting police intended to silence opposition. This doesn't look like something that would typically lead to an actual conviction as there are some constitutional protections (even at the border). We are not in normal times though.
