you know, I should be surprised this DVD set took a 480i60 show and somehow encoded episodes 480i60, 480p30 with bad deinterlacing, and "480p30 except for video effects shots which are 480i60" inexplicably across the same disc, but it's Shout Factory Shout Factory: having no idea what interlacing is and what they should do with it for 15 years and counting
