However, after some hundreds or thousands of years atmospheric CO2 levels could return to pre-industrial, but not after the oceans have warmed considerably, and the face of whole continents changed forever.
I do rainforest conservation when I can. You can help, but never return it to how it was.
We're in it now. IMO we only have preparation and mass damage minimisation, at this stage

@JulianOliver@mastodon.social @crumbletiltskin@mastodon.social @evan@cosocial.ca well we can start reducing the emissions so we don't all die as a result. It's very likely most of humanity will die but it doesn't have to be all of us.
