I've been forgetting to post the ultrasound results. Here is what the urgent care provider sent me: [Amanda], Good news, your ultrasound has been read by radiology who did not find any concerning changes on your scrotal and perineal ultrasound. The mass of your perineum on the right side showed some mild swelling which they characterized as a possible recent contusion or recent small infection that is now healing. Please follow up with your PCP if symptoms persist. Regards, [Provider] PA-C
