For many months we heard Trump say about Ukraine, "I just want to stop the killing".
Now Putin is hitting Ukraine with ballistic missiles every night, while Trump is literally holding back the very patriot missiles which could stop the killing.
Washington has fallen. And the sooner Europe stops hoping for American support, the sooner Europe can fully commit to defeating Russia.
This is not Ukraine's war. This is the war which will define the future for all Europeans.

It could have been ended shortly after Russia’s invasion but Boris Johnson (among others) told Zelenskyy to abandon the almost-concluded peace talks in Istanbul on the basis that the war was “winnable” with full-throated US/ NATO backing! Now, millions of Ukrainian & Russian dead later, Russia is manifestly winning the war!
