@Wintergr33n@lingo.lol @thomas@metalhead.club The limitation that best addresses spam is first and foremost controlling who's allowed to join and remain on the platform. The volume of posting by users is not an issue. What is an issue is accounts that post repetitive undesirable content. This can be relatively easily reduced by banning these accounts and making sure they don't create new ones. Unfortunately, it does have the drawback of making it a bit less approachable to make an account, but it's a trade-off that is actually pretty beneficial to many.
