Today I learned: On Windows 11 at least, Windows+Shift+Dash types an em dash (—). Have yet to find any other combo like this that does anything similar.

@Jage@mas.to @TheQuinbox@dragonscave.space and, windows plus minus types an endash, – looks like this wasn't added until 25H2 itself, so it's one that got a quiet rollout.
