In this evening's exciting episode of "Strata Law shitfuckery". A committee member was excluded from voting and lost her place on the committee because her status was not "financial". Some clerical balls-up somewhere meant she was 2c in arrears on her strata levies. For her to join the strata committee once she has paid the 2c she owes, we need to run a special general meeting. Which means the Strata Manager has to do work which they will change the Body Corp for. Crooks, the lot of them.
