For several months now TypeScript v6/v7 has had an incomplete version of the WebGPU types in their "dom" library, which caused errors in WebGPU apps. The last of the missing symbols was added 2 weeks ago, so you can now follow the instructions here to fix it: https://github.com/gpuweb/types#integration-into-dom-type-definitions
