Urgent, Falling very short on bills that were due at the start of July anything helps. Facing late fees and serious issues if I'm not able to catch up on these bills before the first of August.

I was stopped today by FOUR armed Seattle police while picking up my daughter. Today's cops all repeatedly refused to provide an incident number upon request. The cops, know that the act of requesting an incident number over the radio triggers a trackable police response report. Until a SPD officer provides you an incident number many police calls will have NO data or publicly requestable records.
