@markmason@mas.to @GeofCox@climatejustice.social I seem to recall that the first "economic models" were basically plumbing, with water representing the financial flows and various tasks and levers to model the effect of policy.
(Now I have to go and find an image or something to prove I wasn't dreaming this...)
