"Ms. Pirro said that her prosecutors had been misled by the Interior Dept, which had awarded a no-bid contract to a first-time govt contractor to repair the iconic landmark.
Ms. Pirro said that the pool’s new blue coating had actually started to peel within two days of the project’s completion, and that the Interior Dept kept that fact from prosecutors, telling them that “nearly all of the damage” was done by vandals."
More gaslighting. As if they didn't know.

This was willful intimidation by the trump regime of a law-abiding citizen. They charged and got a grand jury indictment based on zero real evidence and they knew it. Six other people were arrested on misdemeanor charges of vandalism And now they simply blame a govt. agency for withholding evidence. Case closed. No disclosures of grand jury testimony. No consequences. Not even an apology. Mission accomplished. Court filing: https://www.washingtonpost.com/documents/d492a078-a043-4ebc-81a5-39c235d01225.pdf #UsPol 3/n
