'6,000+ Jobs Cut: Widespread public sector downsizing, removing thousands of livelihoods. 'Pay Equity Progress Derailed: Active pay equity claims halted, freezing hard-won wage corrections for historically undervalued workforces. 'Minimum Wage Suppressed: Wage increases intentionally restrained even as the cost of living remains high. 'Fair Process & Employment Safeguards Eroded: Weakening the duty to show cause, removing review clauses, and weakening workplace protections.
