@Kjaerulv@mastodon.social Great idea! Our org will consider using this in the marketing for our nonprofit's #noAI video games from the @gamingagainstv@games.ngo program. Thought: Were this idea mine, I would add (TM) to Zuzai when using it. This is intended to indicate to others that this word is associated with the meaning as explained on the site & with those who created it. Eventually, a (R) might be worthwhile. Trademarks are unique in that they are intended to help #consumers feel confident that uses of the TM service indicates that uses of it are legitimately associated with its creators. 🧡 In theory, this might help prevent bad actors from using it inappropriately. (Not legal advice, just what I would do. I do have a law degree and focus on using digital technology for prosocial purposes for a nonprofit.) #law #AI
