We’re (that’s me & George the whippet) often there. Walked through nearby by shaded, tree covered paths yesterday.
The NT has recently re-opened a path that meanders thru a wildflower meadow between Minnowburn car park & The Giants Ring.
There’s a bunch of greyhounds, whippets, & other sighthounds that frequent the spot. I have suspicions that it was actually an ancient race track for them.

@guardeddon@mas.to That's interesting because they say the site was used for horse racing during the 18th century, so greyhound racing is possible
