Pretty excited. Friday, of course. But also I have an appointment to donate blood. My last attempt was in the mid-1990s, when I had just returned from the UK and its mad cow problem. Travel ban stopped me from donating, then and for the next 30 years. But the blood shortage announcement got me to check—yet again—and the UK travel deferment was dropped in 2022! Looking forward to getting back to 6 donations a year.
