@Mab_813@fedi.at @siblingsofthevoid@void.lgbt correct, hearing loss and hearing itself is very individual and depending on your needs and also what you are used to you might end up testing multiple hearing aids, with different ends that go into your ear as well, setting up a hearing aid for a new customer can take months
