@Okuna@social.tchncs.de I doubt your problem is the choice of ISO. It sounds like your problem is Virtual Box. Either you don't have the right CPU settings in there or perhaps in your BIOS you do not have virtualization extensions enabled.
What host OS are you using? Is it possible you used an i686 host OS to run VB?
Same CPU in a FW13 here by the way, and I've tried tones of images on it without much hiccups. Arch for primary of course but have booted many other images on it. Great system.
