#WipSnips 30 Jul 'Do the people close to you find your writing surprising?' Surprise #1 I did not start writing fiction until I was in my early sixties. I have been writing ad hoc non fiction on personal interests for over 15 years. I started freelance journalism for a motoring magazine 40 years ago.
