The "no projects with the LLM taint wanted here" statement also does not match the actual Codeberg rules, it is a heavy exaggeration. So, are we talking about Codeberg here at all? The described scenario has a simpel answer if tested against the actual Codebergs rules: No, that is not a ToS violation because the 'mostly' threshold is clearly not met.
