@fullywoolly@mastodon.social @tinker@infosec.exchange I have a bunch of friends on Fedi who do #solarpunk stuff, kind of a wonderful intersection of maker culture, hacker culture, green and gardening culture, and sustainable practice. Generally distributed/federated, community-focused, and making/growing/creating at home rather than depending on business and government and supply chains. Echoes of the life my grandparents and their grandparents lived on farms in generations past, but amplified with modern tools and techniques as well.
