@Htbaa@fosstodon.org I have dongles going back as far as PowerMac video adapters and mini Firewire and all kinds of weird ones but I know I spent the $49 to connect my laptop to my RAID at some point and sure don’t want to buy a second one of those. On the other hand I realized the inexpensive 2TB SSD I got for backups is now three times the price and will turn that into external /Users storage on the M4 Mini. Hopefully nothing more to buy for this new setup.
