@QCCEChris@mastodon.social Our injunction lawsuit against CRIF is currently pending with the commercial court of Vienna. We have recently been provided with CRIF's reply and are awaiting further instructions from the court. Most likely, the next step will be a further exchange of submissions followed by an oral hearing. We expect a lengthy procedure, until the court will reach a decision here, as in our experience CRIF has been very keen on stalling procedures.
