- 2026 results nearly identical to same point in 2025 (53-52 vs 55-53, -1 vs -2 RunDiff) despite losing 3 offensive stalwarts and the ace
- Starting rotation solid (FIP 3.99, 10th-12th in MLB), slightly better than 2025; bullpen far worse than expected
- Offense sagged midseason: power similar (ISO 0.143), but Off WAR down (10.7 vs 15.1) suggesting overperformance
