Note: some of the information provided by a former WMF employee may not be reliable, please take a grain of salt So, I read some of what the former employee of the #Wikimedia Foundation said, and holy shit, the actions of seniors towards many employees were terrible. This is why I stepped back from editing. WMF has become a Big Tech machine and we are unable to fight back against seniors' pressure.
