It's pretty weird if a college is asking about the national origin of other staff, to point out that they have dark skin, and that they are not like us (i.e. me and him), while he is clearly being read as a foreigner by looks and accent, while I am a typical loaf of white bread. Hierarchies of exclusion/inclusion in the status quo, and I fucking cannot stand it but benefit being on the upper tier, while not even noticing it. #racism
