@Miro_Collas@masto.ai if you saw the planes, the mansions, the luxury cars (and where are now living the relatives) of many officials, maybe we could. Cuba doesn't have oil, but the government could have bought alternative ways to produce electric power (for example). Nowadays it's the people who get to buy it but it's expensive. If the regime were "socialists" they would have given every home one for free. But nope.
