Most people believe that you can’t change from Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) to Simpati (prepaid) without changing the phone number. I don’t blame them though because the staff at GraPARI may have told them so. This premise is only true if your phone number have 0811 prefix or your cellular plan is contract. You don’t even have to go to GraPARI. Here the link to process migration: https://my.telkomsel.com/post-to-pre/landing-page If I’m remembering right, those pages used to be in GraPARI Online, but then Telkomsel decided to removed it. According to the terms on that page, you can’t process if you’ve used Halo for more than six months, but I believe you can process anyway.
