My dear friend Sian is trying to get funds together for gender affirming surgery, and has at time of posting been able to raise £2,219 out of the £7,500 they need basically today. The total goal is £20k. The state of care for trans people in the UK right now is a nightmare, so Sian would have to go abroad to get the necessary surgeries, which is a whole thing in and of itself. https://gofund.me/ba085f721
