I tried to use the contact form again to appeal the closure of my Amazon Affiliates account. It is still crashing. The page has a "chat with us" button. I tried it. In response to everything I type, it says, "Sorry, something went wrong. Can you try again?" Somewhere in there I hit a "Generative AI Customer Satisfaction Survey" button. It seemed like it might reach a human, so I tried it... ...the final page keeps looping and doesn't send. I also noticed that the email notifying me that my account was being canceled for lewd content included a link to an example of why I was cancelled: it went to a website that is not mine that I have never seen before. That last point is important, because if accounts can be randomly cancelled for disconnected reasons and there is no functioning appeals process, good luck to everyone. #AmazonAffiliates #Amazon
