every now and then I end up in a situation where the research article will not be published under a CC-BY license. This week, six more (publisher version) papers are now freely available, from venues like a IEEE journal, a book chapter, and from the Communications of the ACM. Green #openaccess via the Dutch Taverne law. I hope the "free PDF" info spreads widely
