RE: https://kolektiva.social/@Phalzu/116884751930846135 TL;DR I don't know which third parties got my data, which data exactly and when it happened exactly. They also claim that i have no profile about my person while i'm literally logged in their customer portal right now. Weird stuff. --- I've requested information regarding data protection after article 15 DSGVO from the Nelly Solutions GmbH. The results came after 13 days: They got those informations from me: - Surname - Prename - Address - Gender/Sex - Birthdate - E-Mail-Adress - Mobile phone number - Name of my health insurance ...all that information was given by me at the request of my dentist. Note: I had to login to their customer portal to retrieve that information. Futher they state: - My given data is processed (except the phone number) to fullfil the contract between me and them for their services - The phone number is only used for 2FA auth to their customer portal (the birthdate is asked additionally) They claim that they *may* have given my data to third party providers, according to the contract. They point to the data privacy notice and do not tell me which data was when given exactly. Also they say that the data is not given to outside the EU (they still use AWS Server in the EU anyways, according to their website) and that they'll keep my data for at least 10 years. Also they say that no profile was created for my person... whatever that means (is logged in to their customer portal rn). They also say that they don't evaluate score values for customers and they don't do automated decision-making. It's signed by their CEO, name's Lukas Eichner.
