Things that confuse me, number 3575189: Why the CoOp bank (in the UK) requires signatures from users who are departing an organisation to remove them from the business bank account. What if they died? Or left on bad terms and are no longer reading any emails or letters from that organisation? Or no one cleaned up the signatory list for several years, and that person can't be found now? Not hypothetical, either; I have clients who experienced two of those. #SmallBusiness #UK #Banking
