@sjslocombe@mathstodon.xyz I have enjoyed both but the book would be my recommendation. It's not as light-hearted and humorous as the movie ( there are parts in the book that portray some funny stuff that a movie would have a hard time portraying) plus there's more information so the story can be understood better. Also, I find my imagination much better than a movie for visualizing.
