Does the average centi-billionaire (where 1b is 1000m) employ a thousand times more people than the average centi-millionaire?

A common defense of the super rich is that they create jobs. It is just accepted. But we might consider it in more depth. The billionaires didn't actually conjour money from nothing so them not having it would mean it was somewhere else. And it could still be used to create jobs. So the number of jobs allowed to exist by billionaires should be compared to how many jobs would exist in various alternate controllers of that same money.
