It's just saying that praying shouldn't be a show, like the Pharisees used to do. ​That said, I don't think any public display of faith should be organized by a political party. I guess she said that because of those videos of Muslims. But honestly, I haven't watched the interview, so I can't really judge based on twosentence on a tweet
