Serious question: what is stopping Beshear from calling for a special election right now? Like seriously.
“The people of the great state of Kentucky have been without proper representation in the senate for over a month. Since Mitch McConnell has abandoned his post as Senator I am calling a special election for his replacement immediately.”
Make them PROVE he is still alive.

Yep, call for the election, and make MAGA sue. If they do, they’ll have to prove he’s alive, and if they can’t, then they get to go to prison. Call their bluff. They’re lying, they’re ALWAYS lying.
