Oversight throttled because the budget ran out of tokens 2. Education & health shut down because of internecine corporate wars 3. Supply chain disruptions & price fixing in times of crisis 4. Automated disinformation in a pandemic or financial crash 5. Elections quashed because the collating machines failed
