@clew@ecoevo.social You could try to bag a whole plant-- easier if it's in a pot.. if bagged you'd want to make sure bag is tucked around bottom for seeds that fall, or put some liner around the base- paper, plastic bag, cut out tin foil pie plate.... Creating opportunities for self seeding are another option- plant it in a suitable bed, put the pot beside the desired area, etc
