People talk about Discworld Cop Vimes' Boots Theory but how many materially give to people living it? Who can't afford a good car so car breaks down constantly? Who can't hold a job bc the car broke down and our pedestrian infrastructure sucks? Who can't stay housed bc they lost their job bc their car broke down again? Who get sick bc… all I'm saying is if you say "boots theory" and have disposable income, please consider giving to #MutualAid. For many ppl, Boots Theory is just everyday life.
