Easy, any kind of state is always spending someone else’s money on someone else
The state doesn't care about cost nor quality, since they didn't produce the money

@waifu@shitposter.world @cassidyclown@clubcyberia.co You would think they would care about both cost and quality since minimising the former and maximising the latter would be better both selflessly for the public and selfishly on them (to either get re-elected or keeping their head on their shoulders)
