@dave@podcastindex.social I was speaking to a startup today who wants to get kids to scan a QR code and tell the teacher how they are feeling using pictures of fuzzy monsters... really cool idea, but we are trying to get kids off phones I thought and primary school kids really.. But they made their MVP with Claude and I asked them how they HASH the kids data and they said that don't so all the data just their in superbase for the taking - oh and their admin dashboard not password protected.

@russell@podcastindex.social Oh, that's horrible. There are going to be so many problems with low quality vibe coded stacks holding PII. It's going to be bad brother. And, customers can never know in advance what the back-end of these systems look like to make an informed decision. 😞
