Clownflare really needs to be forced to take legal responsibility for the stuff they're hosting - and yes, when they're serving it for a customer, they are hosting it not acting as a common carrier. Their business model would collapse immediately if they had to react & respond to legal complaints and customers couldn't just hide behind them while one party claims they're not involved and the other party is hiding their identity.
