I have finally determined, once and for all, the ideal outlet orientation. :blobwizard: Some say "just change the electrical code." I say: Of course physical changes to plugs/outlets, and/or mandatory grounding would fix some of these issues, but good luck getting that to happen! :blobcatscience: Yes, there are some exceptions, but over all I believe neutral on top is the safest option:
