@simon@bne.social @SmartmanApps@dotnet.social I hate these things because it's social convention where you mentally place the brackets. Some folks like to imagine math(s) is some Platonic thing, but syntax is a human construction. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@ApostateEnglishman@mastodon.world @simon@bne.social @SmartmanApps@dotnet.social I also hate stuff like this because we have the tool to disambiguate these problems: brackets. Leaving it ambiguous is generally only useful for creating these conversations.
