Canadian universities set up a secret network to crack down on student Palestine demonstrators Canadian post-secondary institutions are actively complicit in Israel's holocaust against Palestinians by working to suppress Palestinian solidarity through harassment violent police assaults against their own students and faculty. While sit-ins and encampments are effective at attracting attention, they alone won't be enough to stop this repression. This needs to be addressed with direct action that causes immediate and costly disruption of operations and administration. Police will have a harder time coming to campus to assault and kidnap you if their vehicles are in no shape to bring them there, or if gates and entrances are barricaded. Campus security can't report actions if their cameras don't stay intact to record them. Complicit staff will struggle to collude and impose their authority if their power lines and infrastructure is consistently disrupted. This isn't escalation, this is defense.
