@GleamingBlitz@infosec.exchange I mean, if IVPN can tie their apps to different #Linux distributions, I don't see why @protonprivacy@mastodon.social can't too. Why create it dependent on a desktop environment?! Doesn't make sense.

@secbox@chaos.social @protonprivacy@mastodon.social Even Protonvpn's CLI option is bare-bones, looks like 12 commands. https://protonvpn.com/support/linux-cli No DNS, no split-tunneling, basically you can connect to a specific country/ city/ or server. I wasn't impressed.
