@Miro_Collas@masto.ai I don't support Donald Trump, nor the blockade, etc. But Cuba's healthcare system collapse (and economic collapse, energy systems collapse, education system collapse, etc) is a consequence of Castro's regime. In the island (just like for us in Venezuela) there has been 3 dictators in a row (4 if we're counting Batista, the one Castro overthrew). Money and resources will be enough when the government is not feasting on them, using them to satisfy their personal grief and needs. A so-called "socialist" government (which is what out regimes label themselves as) that does nothing.
