The question is "why?"
Why the OS need a remote account to download source code or pre-compiled binaries?
Why @jolla@techhub.social force the users to have an account?
I understand it can be useful to use an account to store app list, configuration files &c. I don’t understand why it’s mandatory in #sailfishOS
