My supervisor refuses to use git and expects me to give him all the loose files in a folder with a txt file telling him where to put them, claiming that we can't just swap use the latest release of the project from the release branch because "you just are supposed to upload to production what you changed"... which is the entire point of using git? as in, I can keep track of what exactly changed between versions? Am i wrong here or is my supervisor being difficult for no good reason?
